Prices apartments
The room prices are meant per person and day with breakfast buffet for a stay of at least 3 days.
In the case of a short stay or a weekend stay, we charge a surcharge of 10%.
Our children's discount: children up to 3 years occupying an additional bed in their parents' room: 60% discount, up to 8 years: 30% discount and up to 12 years 10% discount.
Our apartments are fully furnished.
The price includes: bed linen, hand and kitchen towels, final cleaning, garage.
Surcharge for the breakfast buffet of 14,00 € or 8,00 € per person / child up to 8 years.

* Cot and highchair are available.
* Pets are only allowed upon request - we charge € 15,00 on day
* Parking, free WLAN
* Washing possibility, bread service, rental equipment (hiking sticks, toboggans, etc.)
Local tax: of 2.40 € per person and day.
Booking conditions: for fixed reservation we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total, in case of a cancellation is retained. Until 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 80% of the total price. In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked stay will be charged. The payment with credit card is not possible.

Guest-PASS - Terms & conditions
• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
